INTERMEDIATE

Studying at the University of Exeter gives intermediate golfers a great opportunity to develop their skills further by taking advantage of the weekly coaching sessions available to all members. Most of the intermediate coaching sessions are delivered by our Head of Golf, Harry Scott, who is also a regional coach for England Golf. Those who miss out on initial BUCS team selection often progress to being selected for teams as their ability improves. We aim to organise regular matches for our intermediates throughout the year against teams of similar ability, including from our home course the Warren. This gives our intermediates valuable experience of competitive golf play. Moreover, all our intermediates are strongly encouraged to participate in our weekly order of merit and competitions.
